Appeal to brides-to-be with a redesigned ecommerce experience while elevating the brand to one of affordable luxury. We created a beautifully, sophisticated digital solution that educates consumers, emotionally connects and integrates with the in-store experience. This proved successful in expanding the online audience and driving consumers to the brick and mortar.
Following a competitive and best practice assessment and stakeholder interviews, our insights led to the creation of a shareable Wish List feature, a custom-built inventory tool and an enhanced brand story. To help educate the consumer, we designed specific areas that highlight the brand’s gemology expertise and history, as well as the Diamond Cellar’s significant ties to the community and philanthropy.
